Really great logo. I love how you've shaped the wing and head around the C, it makes the bird look like it belongs in the logo. Also, I think the blue colour with the slight gradient is really nice, it gives the logo a peaceful and relaxing quality.

Can't believe i never commented on this. I saw it when u first submitted it, so my bad for the belated comment. Umm yea it rocks! Back in middle school I remember we had to build an Olympic Village. Everyone was split into groups, and than each group elected positions. I was responsible for the art or more specifically the advertising campaign. Anywho, those in my position got to hear a lecture from a professional designer on creating logos. Blending letters, and incorporating animals, and swirls into the design. Well I worked hard at it, but it wasn't nearly this good.

Very nice Eric! But my suggestion would be to merge the lines of the tail and the belly into one flowing line. Now it kinda cuts of the bird. and that makes the wings and tail so seperate from the C and body.
